About the Author

''It all started with a trip to Bali in 1990s and a bottle of jasmine oil. I knew nothing about aromatherapy at the time, in fact I had never heard the term before. Yet something took place on that holiday; something alchemical that was to change the course of my life forever. Within a decade, I left teaching and moved to Melbourne to take up a position as head of education for what was to become one of Australia’s leading aromatherapy brands. The rest is history''

''Essential oils are profoundly moving for me. I love their beauty, their subtlety and complexity and feel ever so grounded when I inhale their aroma. Each time I either use them on myself or share them with others, I am amazed at their remarkable power to delight, to relax and to heal. Their scent alone would always prove enough but they never cease to amaze above and beyond."
