1. Shipment Rates and Delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates apply to Australia only.
We ship from Melbourne to all locations within Australia via Australia Post
We currently do not ship to international locations.

2. Processing Your order

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders and to receive tracking number and confirmation of order shipment.
We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

3. Currency

All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$)

4.Shipping Other – please note

  • Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation.
  • We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information at checkout point. If the shipping address provided is not correct, we are not required to refund you. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
  • All unclaimed / undeliverable parcels that are returned to us will be shipped back at the customer’s own expense.
  • Scented Life is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  • In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, Scented Life is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

5. Damages/Missing or Lost Package

If there is any damage to the order on delivery, or if your parcel is lost or missing please contact us at



We want you to be totally satisfied with your order – we encourage you to choose carefully. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

In the case of purchase of a product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following scenarios we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:

  • The product proves faulty within 14 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice.
  • The product does not match its description as provided when sold.
  • The product received is not the product ordered.
  • The product has been damaged in transit.
  • Purchases made via retail stores must be returned to their point of purchase.
  • Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt/invoice.

Customer Service Policy

Scented Life is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
